I'm very pleased with the product, but I'd like to see it delivered on two different dates, then another date indicating the actual delivery in a relay point - in short, very chaotic).

Hello, Indeed there were many malfunctions with Mondial Relay deliveries and we apologize. This is mainly due to a too important number of parcels to treat and also to the strikes of December which hindered the good functioning of the logistics. Sincerely, Nicolas JEAN
