Order arrived very well. The carrier did not notify me of the delivery as it was supposed to do and automatically dropped the package off at a relay point. I would have liked to have had a delivery at my home, not at a relay point, but I would have liked to have had a delivery at my home. I wanted a delivery at my home not in a relay point.

Good evening, We are delighted with our order. The chairs and bar stools arrived in Switzerland in good condition despite the cardboard packaging which was far too thin for international shipping by mail. We also have a problem with customs which we are in the process of resolving, we had to pay customs clearance on the total of our invoice for two of the packages, whereas you have specified packaging "1 package per item". As there were often 2 items per package, this did not make it easy for the customs department to understand. Claude.
