Fan of square glass jars, I placed a new order for spice jars... what a disappointment!!!: no hold of the lids that do not close hermetically, either we spill the spices or the jar slips from your hands and it's guaranteed to break! No response from ZOOCOLOR customer service = as a loyal customer, I am very disappointed...

Half of the jars ordered were poorly protected and therefore arrived broken. I called the company and also sent them an email to request an exchange, and nearly 10 days later, no response from customer service!

No acknowledgment of my complaint regarding the breakage of the glass containers stacked with too small cardboard, the edges were broken in each box (2) out of 4 bins, there are two unbroken ones.
