Although Pelier is no longer involved, I am unhappy with the DPD carrier, who never delivered the bin. They claim to have left it outside my door even though I was home, and it required a signature. Someone signed on my behalf, so after two weeks I still have not been refunded. Nevertheless, I know these are very good products.

Half of the order arrived broken. They sent new ones. But there was no compensation for this delay. So just fine and okay, not 5 stars

Hello, the size of the jars corresponds to the type of storage I want to do and the bamboo lids reduce the cold aspect of the glass

Nothing to say regarding the delivery on time. The 2 half glass protective plates for induction table met my expectations, however the glass cutting board described as transparent was translucent, which is not quite the same and therefore did not meet my expectations although the product is of good quality: a bit disappointed because of that. Mr. supplier, choose your terms carefully in the product description! Thank you!

Fan of square glass jars, I placed a new order for spice jars... what a disappointment!!!: no hold of the lids that do not close hermetically, either we spill the spices or the jar slips from your hands and it's guaranteed to break! No response from ZOOCOLOR customer service = as a loyal customer, I am very disappointed...

Half of the jars ordered were poorly protected and therefore arrived broken. I called the company and also sent them an email to request an exchange, and nearly 10 days later, no response from customer service!

Very happy with the glass boxes with 2 compartments. The seal is effective, good tightness between the 2 compartments.

The products are good but I received one with a defective seal. When I opened the jar, the seal tore. I don't know if I can order the seal alone?

No acknowledgment of my complaint regarding the breakage of the glass containers stacked with too small cardboard, the edges were broken in each box (2) out of 4 bins, there are two unbroken ones.

Delighted! And my partner too! The bag is really sturdy, with unusual dimensions but perfectly suitable, the reinforcement at the bottom is great and the different handles are very appreciated. In short, a successful purchase, I recommend with my eyes closed!

The first package contained a rather damaged item. Reported upon receipt on March 21. It is now April 5 and I am still waiting for information on the shipment of the replacement product... Aside from this minor detail, the product seems to be of good quality.
