Excellent product but I take away one star because the packaging was 10 times too big

Nothing to say regarding the delivery on time. The 2 half glass protective plates for induction table met my expectations, however the glass cutting board described as transparent was translucent, which is not quite the same and therefore did not meet my expectations although the product is of good quality: a bit disappointed because of that. Mr. supplier, choose your terms carefully in the product description! Thank you!

The products are good but I received one with a defective seal. When I opened the jar, the seal tore. I don't know if I can order the seal alone?

The first package contained a rather damaged item. Reported upon receipt on March 21. It is now April 5 and I am still waiting for information on the shipment of the replacement product... Aside from this minor detail, the product seems to be of good quality.

My product arrived damaged, I did not return it for ecological reasons and because the problem does not prevent the use of the product.

I have no opinion on Pebby in general. Timely delivery of the ordered item.

The lid of my compost bucket rusted quite quickly, so I ordered another one.

The products are of good quality but one of them was damaged and no one in customer service is responding to my request for a solution.

I love Pebbly products. I just regret that there is no way to buy vacuum boxes, glass, 1200ml, without buying the whole assortment with pump etc. They can be found on Amazon, except that actually no, theoretical delivery in 6 months, then will be postponed/canceled, in short, not possible.

From order to reception, all good

Slight delay in delivery, we are satisfied with the reception of the product corresponding to our order.

The butter dish would be perfect if there was a small edge on the tray to 'hold' the butter. Very soft on the delivery packaging; a box of 70X40X50 cm for a package of 17X12X8, stuffed with bubble wrap to avoid breakage

Very good ecological products but delivery service uses an enormous box full of paper for 2 very small products...

The package arrived in a box that was way too big with the product not packaged inside, plus the bucket seems defective since the lid is deformed and cannot be placed in a watertight manner, it is crooked and leaves gaps. I sent a message to customer service and I have not received a response.

I ordered 5 glass storage boxes. One arrived broken. I have not been refunded and no exchange has been offered to me. I was thinking of placing other orders but I am put off. Therefore, I do not recommend buying glass products.

Did not understand... I received a large box really marked debuyer for a small volume ordered...

Two weeks wait for the order to be shipped. No explanation from the company for this delay nor even an apology.

Pretty product even if the handle's fixings seem somewhat flimsy. I don't think I would have bought it if I had known it was MADE IN CHINA

I am very happy with the product, I wanted to complete with other boxes, but impossible because you only sell "sets" including formats that do not interest us, so we ordered from the more flexible competition that does not impose models we do not need, too bad for you

I already have a 7L Pebbly compost bucket that I am very satisfied with, despite a fairly high price. At the beginning of May, I ordered two new buckets: one 7L for my workplace (the main reason for my purchase) and one 3.5L for personal use, in order to optimize shipping costs (€10 for Belgium). A few days later, I receive my order... but only the small bucket is delivered. No explanation, no message. On the site, the status is simply "Delivered". I immediately contact customer service, with no response. A few days later, I follow up, still nothing. It is only after having on "Société des Avis Garantis" that I had not received the package that I finally get a response: the large bucket was out of stock, so they unilaterally decided to only send the small one. I am told a refund will be issued, without any further communication. If I had been informed at the time of the stock shortage, I could have chosen to cancel the order, wait for restocking, or only order the small bucket. Here, I was imposed a solution that does not suit me. Result: I end up with a small bucket (not a priority in my purchase) that costs me €47 (€37 + €10 shipping), which is completely disproportionate. And if I want to buy the 7L bucket again, I have to pay the €10 shipping again. This total lack of communication and consideration for the customer is very disappointing for a brand I appreciated until now.

5 because, what more could you ask for?

We love the design but we tried to re-screw the screws holding the handles without success... not sure how long this product will last

Very good

Order received as expected and quickly. The only downside is the origin (China) of the cooking plate protectors. All other products meet my expectations.

The bamboo tongs hm very quickly, the charcoal filter for the compost bin is unavailable for the same diameter.
