We are generally satisfied with the product. Two stars deducted because we do not find the price-performance ratio quite appropriate and it was very poorly packaged, resulting in some scratches on the metal. However, it is functional and meets expectations.

Good afternoon, as we discussed by phone, your order was shipped the day after you placed it. The GLS courier indicates that it was delivered to the address and therefore we have opened a claim with them to find out what happened. However, we commit to resend your order if this is delayed further.

Good morning, from Percuforum we do not assemble the instruments but limit ourselves to the logistics of these as they come from the brands that manufacture them. In this case, the Izzo box is an imported instrument that arrives from Brazil and we send it to customers in its own packaging. If it is not the instrument you expected, we have no problem replacing it with another item or managing its return within the time frame set in the section 'Shipping, returns, and warranty'. However, please note that Izzo or Timbra instruments all come with tuning screws on the top (striker) as can be seen in the photo of the instrument. We invite you to review this rating as it is not our competition and is very detrimental to us.
