The attention was very pleasant and patient towards an ignorant of that world of percussion like me, providing all kinds of explanations and details.

A very professional treatment from Alfredo, explaining and providing solutions for a product that needed modification for my personal use. The result of the product was spectacular; they made me a belt for left-handed people to my measurements and it turned out great.

They had the detail to call me to say that the shipping would take a little longer due to lack of stock. Even so, it was very fast. Looking forward to trying them in my new adventure ;)

After placing my order in mid-August, they called me 3 hours later, informing me that due to a supplier's vacation period, they could not supply my order until early September. They also offered me the possibility to cancel the order. I didn't mind waiting and I greatly appreciated the information. On August 31, my order arrived in perfect condition. Great professionalism and service. Thank you.
