Percuforum consistently delivers quick, on-time delivery with items arriving in perfect condition and well-packaged. Customers highlight responsive and attentive service, with staff addressing doubts promptly, solving issues on the spot, and providing clear advice through chat and direct contact. The store is praised for reliable and efficient order handling, fast shipping, and professional, courteous interactions that inspire confidence and repeated purchases. The product quality and finish are repeatedly described as very good, with personalized material and careful treatment noted as strengths.
The treatment is excellent. The shipping is the same. Everything perfect. Just to say one thing, would it be possible to send the invoice at the moment the payment is received? It's an idea. Because I couldn't be happier with the treatment received and the quality of the products. Thank you very much.

Response from Percuforum
Thank you very much for your assessment. Currently, the invoice is automatically issued once the product is marked as delivered because if the customer, upon receiving it, prefers to return or replace a product, we can correct the invoice directly. However, we can always create the invoice manually at the moment. Again, thank you for your assessment. We continuously work to ensure that the treatment is the best possible for our customers :) [Update] We have enabled the invoice from the very first moment of purchase
