I ordered the Ombrea 4x4 pergola in white. Before the purchase, I received excellent support from the supplier, who clarified all my doubts and also helped me place the order online, which is very simple by the way. Furthermore, you are constantly updated in real-time on the various stages of delivery. The expected times were respected, and the courier they used proved to be precise and punctual. As for the assembly, I must say it is really simple. Of course, for the initial stages, I recommend having at least three people. All the screws, accessories, and components are well numbered and identified, and the instruction manual follows the assembly step by step, although I would suggest improving it further to make it even more intuitive. Once the posts and crossbars are assembled, the rest of the assembly becomes extremely simple; in fact, my wife and I managed to complete it. I am very satisfied with the purchase, also because the material is of excellent quality.

We ordered a bioclimatic Ombréa pergola in July 2025. It was delivered to us heavily damaged due to the carrier. The customer service of Comintes (the supplier of the pergola) delayed the replacement of the damaged parts (3 months). When we were able to operate the bioclimatic roof and the lighting, we found that nothing worked: the control boxes had taken in water and were short-circuited. We contacted customer service at the beginning of 2026. This time, they were very responsive. We received the necessary parts and our pergola is now functioning properly.
