The package was supposed to arrive on 12/05 but will be delivered on 18/05 (if not more delayed) by DPD having paid €15 in shipping fees to Chronopost. That's a long delivery delay for the price paid ..

Your package arrived in Belgium on Monday 11/05 (for reminder, Friday 08/05 is a public holiday in France). The delay is therefore the responsibility of the carrier in your country.

Regarding the magnet, it has no defects. The problem comes from the balls you purchased. Indeed, as indicated in the product description, OBUT Loisir Inox games cannot be picked up with a magnet.
