In my last order, I did not receive the authenticity certification card for the triplet, and for the return of the new ball used three times, they take it back for 100€ with a new value of 240€ purchased in February...

Response from PétanqueShop
Hello, It is normal that you did not receive the warranty card, simply because the manufacturer Obut no longer includes it. The warranty card is now found in the flap of the box inside. Regarding the returns of pétanque balls, it is a service we offer our customers to lower the price of their new triplet but it is in no way mandatory. Best regards. The petanqueshop team

Difficulties in validating the online creation of my customer account due to a validation procedure that goes in circles. Compensated by an exceptional telephone customer service, and the receipt of the ordered product of great quality and in line with my expectations.

Good experience for an amateur. It was a gift to replace Obut balls bought from you and forgotten in the tram; I forgot to ask you for a 10% discount that you grant to players from Sainte Luce. The owner of the balls will come to see you to have them engraved. Can you make a small gesture on this occasion?

Fast shipping. Product ordered on Saturday, received on Tuesday. Well packaged. Very nice balls on sale. Too bad they weren't in my size. I took one size down to benefit from the sale, diameter 72 instead of 73.

Response from PétanqueShop
Hello, We are sincerely sorry to hear that your delivery experience did not meet your expectations. We understand the frustration this may have caused. However, the delivery delay is the carrier's responsibility. Indeed, you ordered on Friday, March 6. We engraved and shipped your triplette the same day. On our side, we cannot do it any faster. Please feel free to contact us as soon as your package is delivered so that we can reimburse you for the shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding. The petanqueshop team
