In my last order, I did not receive the authenticity certification card for the triplet, and for the return of the new ball used three times, they take it back for 100€ with a new value of 240€ purchased in February...

Hello, It is normal that you did not receive the warranty card, simply because the manufacturer Obut no longer includes it. The warranty card is now found in the flap of the box inside. Regarding the returns of pétanque balls, it is a service we offer our customers to lower the price of their new triplet but it is in no way mandatory. Best regards. The petanqueshop team

My third order in three years, of exceptional reliability. I tried to order a triplet from another site that was not available with you, at least not in the diameter that the competitor offered me, after 3 months, they announced that this diameter was no longer available, so I asked for the next smaller diameter (which was available with you) and still nothing, I was finally refunded after 5 months. With you, ordered last Thursday and received today. WOW I won't look elsewhere even for a lower price!
