It's a shame that a signature is required, it forces you to wait for the postman's arrival, especially for low-value items

Always a warm welcome with attention and thoughtful advice. The engraving of the balls is quick after the purchase, a nice plus when you want to differentiate and personalize your balls...

Too bad for the price, there is no free bag. It's like buying a gun without its case.

The balls of around €90 are black which was not clear on the site. You have the black balls, the balls next to them are also black. Not mentioned...

Super happy with my purchase but disappointed not to have found the goal, which was offered, even if it's minor. It was mentioned on the order, a shame about this little hiccup.

I just received my blue balls, they are beautiful, the engraving is superb, unfortunately they arrived with a lot of impact on them, so varnish removed, not even used and paid 19 euros for not receiving them within 24 hours

Very disappointed with the keychains, the petanque player part was not glued.

Response from PétanqueShop
Hello, Thank you for your feedback regarding the keychains. As indicated in the product title, it is a sticker, and it needs to be glued onto the keychain. We do not glue them directly to ensure better preservation of the sticker during transport. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, The petanqueshop.com team
