Response from PétanqueShop
Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the stainless steel balls did not meet your expectations in terms of durability. However, your set is still new, so it is normal that you have a lot of chipping at the start. The steel needs to settle. This will lessen with use.
We are glad that the delivery met your expectations.
Do not hesitate to contact us for any questions or exchange needs.
Best regards.

I am satisfied with the handling of my order and the super fast delivery. Just a small remark regarding the engraving that I expected to be a bit larger compared to the preview.
