Hello, I received the petanque balls within the allotted time and they correspond very well to my order. My review is negative because I could not use my loyalty points to deduct from my order amount and I think that given my age (83 years), they are lost. Please correct this anomaly for your future customers. The first response from your customer service did not satisfy me as I felt they were treating me like an idiot. Thank you anyway.

Hello, We would like to inform you that the delivery delay observed is due to the bad weather conditions that occurred in our region last week. The snowfall and ice made several roads impassable and led to traffic bans for carriers. These circumstances, independent of our will, inevitably disrupted the transport chain. As soon as the roads reopened and the traffic conditions improved, shipments resumed. In other words, no package could leave our premises between Monday, January 5, and Wednesday, January 7. The packages were therefore picked up by Colissimo on Thursday evening, January 8. Your package is currently in transit and should be delivered at the beginning or middle of this week. Your package arrived in your country on Tuesday 23/12. Unfortunately, we cannot do it faster on our side. Moreover, when you placed your order, we communicated an indicative delivery date between December 24 and January 2.
