I just wanted to give you some feedback on my recent order. One of the lunch boxes arrived with a broken clip !! This is extremely disappointing. Your product as a whole is disappointing. I was sad to find it is all cheap plastic with cheap stickers. I will not be ordering again and quite frankly I feel extremely ripped off and will be leaving a review to warn others! The lunchboxes and snack boxes are flimsy and the labels are cheap stick on one some of which were not even on straight and had air bubbles. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The quality of other brands I have ordered from such as Bento far outweighs this brand. Petit Ferdinand are charging for plastic with stickers! I could have done this myself with a label maker and plastic Tupperware. Absolute rip off. From a very disappointed customer.

I have been chasing Customer care for days to get a reshipment of the product, too bad they disappeared since I rechecked that nothing had arrived, just on their advice I had to act through PayPal to get a refund. The labels have not lasted a couple of washes. I followed the ironing instructions to the letter and nothing... I tried to re-stick the ones that came out of the washing machine a little loose and more or less....
