I have been buying labels from Petit Fernand for at least 5 years. Sometimes the order arrives longer than the guaranteed delivery time, but this time I needed the labels for my son's birthday so I paid extra to make sure they arrived on time. Unfortunately, they arrived 4 days late. I didn't even pick them up at the depot. Petit Fernand refunded me the extra shipping costs, but I followed the delivery time and the product was just shipped late. I should have received a refund for the labels as well. Too bad. The product is always beautiful and useful, but this happening created for me.

Creating the name labels is easy and leaves plenty of room for creativity. They were dispatched within a few days. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the labels themselves. They look great, but are very difficult to remove. If you have to label a large quantity, it's quite tedious and unnecessarily time-consuming. They sent me someone else's stickers. The replacement ones seem fine but they arrived about 3 weeks after I ordered them. I needed them for a children's camp and they didn't arrive in time.
