I ordered my labels 15 days ago and I still haven't received them.

The clothing labels held up better when you ironed on them....sur ceux que j'ai reçues, elles partent déjà au 1er lavage!:(

Order still not received

I did not receive the product I called and they sent it to me again and I still did not receive it I ordered it in time since I need it for Monday and it is already 1 month and nothing.

I have not received the name stickers.

The products look good and most of them last well. Unfortunately, I have now had 2 problems with the delivery. The first time nothing came at all. When I asked, they sent it again and it arrived. With the next order, nothing arrived again after 2 weeks! On request I should wait 24 hours. Then I got an email saying it had arrived. Still nothing there. But then the next day. Due to the annoying demand 2 stars deduction.

I liked the fact that I could also design the signs in different colors and that, according to the description, they are also suitable for marking laundry in retirement homes, for example. That was the trigger for my purchase. After a fairly long delivery time, I held them in my hands. They are nice to look at and the name is easy to read. But now I have to point out that the stickers have to be stuck on the size or material label, otherwise they would not survive a wash. Rather impractical for a retirement home, as the name must always be stuck uniformly on the back in the neck area. I used them because I had no alternative, but I'm afraid that these name tags won't last long. ??

Good evening. Very disappointed for a 1st order. I paid more for delivery on time... I tried to contact you but by email impossible... "an error has occurred please try again later" In short my little one has gone on a school trip without his labels..and that's a shame...

Order corresponding to my expectations but very disappointed with the delivery which cost me more than my order to be delivered in 48 hours but after waiting between 9am and 6pm on the day small SMS telling me delivery delay all to be put in my mailbox!! ??????

Several times during the label application process, glue has gotten onto the garment.

Hello, I still haven't received the labels I ordered over 2 weeks ago....can I cancel my order?

The products are good, but still expensive.

Disappointed some labels did not hold up to washing and peeled off...

I ordered iron-on labels and received self-adhesive labels even though I paid extra. I am very disappointed

The purchase of the product was perfect (choice, personalization, delivery, fitting of the labels), but I was very disappointed by the resistance. The garments were washed at 40 degrees (not in a private washing machine, but in a commercial washing machine) and unfortunately the labels only held up to one or two washes at best.

There was nothing wrong with the product, but I didn't realise it was being posted from France. Despite the French name, I'd checked it was a .Co.uk website, and noted you'd said Royal mail would be delivering, and that your dispatch was within 48 hours. I was under a deadline as my mum was moving to a care home. Due to it coming from France the labels didn't arrive in time, meaning the labels ordered can now not be used, and we had to pay again for an alternative. I wish I'd known postage would take longer than normal royal mail within the UK. Also, make your account before placing your order. I made it directly following my order, but it could not be linked to my order, meaning I couldn't track it.

I still haven't received my order!

I paid extra to receive the labels within 48 hours. They arrived a week later! So useless for me. I contacted customer service who didn't reply. To be avoided!

I didn't receive any of my orders! Not having a tracking number is not acceptable!

Unfortunately, the product did not arrive on time. Despite this, the call center arranged for the order to be resubmitted at 0 cost, and on the third dispatch it finally arrived at its destination.

Product arrived all wet so some labels are unusable shame Otherwise nothing to complain about.

Quite disappointed with the water bottle that leaks when bent over. I put it in the lunch bag during a walk and the inside of the bag was soaked, the gourd was well aimed and closed but leaked through the small hole near the straw. Nice gourd but not practical. I wouldn't recommend it.

The order was easy to place, but complicated to send and receive. The delivery times quoted are not always correct.

I have not received my product and I have the confirmation email but I am not able to find my order in the website profile for orders. It would be great if someone contacted me to help me

I'm a bit disappointed because the self-adhesive labels don't always stick well and I had to use several for one garment.

The gourd is leaking and you haven't responded to my request for a return and refund.

The site asks for a delivery address that you fill in, and finally sends the parcel to another location far, far away from the one you want, and a day later than promised. Tip: don't pay extra for delivery.

I bought 2 sets of snack boxes and water bottles, one for my daughter in 2020 and one for my son in August 2023 for a total of 90. After 4 months of use, my son's box is cracked and the bottle cap broken. I was kindly told that the purchase was more than 3 months old, so it was no longer their problem, but they gave me a 20% discount code for a new order! Unacceptable considering the price of the products! I'd already had a problem with my daughter's water bottle and had to buy a new cap. In short, not up to scratch!

Made an order on 19th Feb - it's now the 13th Mar and my order still hasn't arrived.

Labels are difficult to separate from self-adhesive inserts

Nice, intuitive website. Fast shipping, but ecologically very shocking. I ordered 4 boxes of snacks, which were shipped in 2 cartons with tape firmly attached, even though all 4 boxes fit easily into a single carton. A waste of cardboard, Scotch tape and space in transit. It's worth noting, however, that the products are protected by cardboard rather than plastic bubble-wrap.

So. Glad to have received the booklets of labels, except that I had to dismantle the two booklets ordered because the names of the children were mixed up, fortunately my husband saw it, not too cool ???

I've been ordering all these labels for years, and the girls are delighted to be able to choose everything, from the color to the decoration.
