Well, I am still waiting for the correct labels to arrive and I was hoping for a quick shipment since it is to correct a mistake made by the company.

I placed the order almost a month ago and still haven't received anything....

Fatal, you can't see the name. I chose green background and white font; a disaster.

Goods not received

Very nice product and appreciated since it was a gift. It would be to improve the communication of when the package is shipped since for a few days I did not hear anything more about the order and going to the customer area in the track your order section what appeared was only "shipped by priority letter" and it was not clear at what point the shipment was. Anyway product much appreciated!

The order never arrived

Last years batch worked really well, this year,aside from the iron on labels. this year all of the stick on labels apart from the shoe labels have failed, same shirts, same washing, same use, labels started to peak off after second wash. I emailed via the website, with no reply, emailed direct, with no reply, facebooked awaiting a reply. I just want them to reprint as there was an issue!

They took a long time to arrive. The stickers are very nice but totally useless. When you put them on, they stick well but peel off by themselves. On clothes that have not even been worn or washed, 4 have already fallen off. On the clothes that I have washed, they have all come off without the labels. The labels that are for material, also fatal. In less than 1 week of use the transparent part that covers them has peeled off and the label has been left without that sticky and very dirty protector (and it is not because of misuse, because they were labels for me and not for the child). I will never repeat, it seemed to me a total rip-off and on top of that with the shipping costs they have been very good. Horrible experience.

Mixed opinion! - The labels are nice. - The bottles are not at all suitable for a 4/5 year old, the stoppers are too difficult to 'clip on'! So beware of leaks in the schoolbag! - Ophélie in Customer Service is very helpful.

Never again take labels on this site. I have been waiting for my order since August 28!!! Very bad experience

The labels are very nice but unfortunately since they arrived late I have not yet been able to use them and understand their quality

The first time it took 20 days, and the second time it didn't arrive at all.

I paid for express shipping because I needed the stickers as soon as possible and I don't know why, since it took as long as it would have if I hadn't paid for them.

Unfortunately, the iron-on labels don't hold well and fall off relatively quickly. The adhesive labels hold very well on tags in the clothing - but only there. If there is no longer a tag, the label falls off at the latest during washing. Delivery to Germany took a very long time (approx. 1 - 1.5 weeks).

I'm sorry to leave a negative review, but I did not receive the package and had a response to my refund request. I will not shop with you again.

The products seem good (although I've only been trying them for a short time) and aesthetically nicer than other companies (which are less expensive, though). Shipping, however, is super slow: relying on traditional postal service and not a courier means waiting a very long time!

Really, with what they charge for shipping costs and nothing has arrived yet.... If the shipping agency does not work, from what I see for some time.... Change it or do not ensure that it arrives in maximum 10 days. Of course for my part I will not recommend you and I'll go to the competition.

Ordered in the first week of September a month has passed and nothing has yet arrived

My experience was terrible, I placed my order on 13/09 and to date I have not received my order nor have I received my money back. Imagine how pissed off I am because I think that they are informal and the service is lousy.

The stickers begin to peel off after a few washes (2-4), despite strict adherence to the recommendations for use.

The labels are great, unfortunately they were not sent within the promised 48 hours, after 3 days we received an e-mail that production was delayed.

Unfortunately, some labels, after only a few days, have already come off, both from the clothes (after the first wash) and from the backpack; too bad because they were very cute and comfortable.

Cute clothes labels, colorful print is good quality. A couple of came off partly from the shirts after washing. I also bought the water bottle, but it has a cap that is really hard to open and close, impossible to make a child use independently.

I dropped all the labels the first time I put them on, I bought another one thinking it was my fault and the same thing.... the thermoadhesives do not work as in previous years.

I am not going to beat around the bush, I placed an order on Monday and two weeks went by and it did not arrive, so I decided to cancel the order, thank you, best regards.

Hi easy to order lovely name tags. But we are only 5 weeks into school term & 2name tags have came off in wash??. So im not overly impressed with this product.

The design is nice but they peel off quickly in the wash.

I ordered here to try something different from Stickets. The order took more days to arrive. When it arrived it was wrong (wrong name and different product than paid for). The online claim took several days to respond. Meanwhile the lines were always busy and with a 902 number when I understand that the law requires a fixed number. The only good thing is that once they answered me, they didn't put any problems in refunding me the money. That's why I put one star, otherwise I would have put 0.

1 because there is no less. They never arrived and yes it is true that I was refunded after 2 weeks but still I needed them and I had to reorder them a month before school started. Shipping with someone better than Italian post office, no!!!?

I bought hot melt labels and in the first wash they came off. I followed the instructions to the letter.

After years of supporting this business, one order was not as it should be. The labels weee coming off on every wash unlike previous times. Instead of helping me out or trying to rectify the issue after I bought it to their intention, I was told they would not resend the item at their expense. Wonderful customer service! I'm response to your reply below… I ordered them well in advance for the new academic year and new uniform, so hence I ordered them in July but they were not put to use until September! So yes… you should review this. It is a product not doing its job. EVERY stick is coming off a very expensive private school uniform. Your further response justifies my comment on terrible service!
