I am not satisfied. I did not receive my order. It was returned to the sender before it even arrived at my home. And since then no news

My order is stuck at the status 'generated'. Without news the day before the return, I took the liberty of calling, the response: 'oh, sorry, it has not been received by our services'. The debit was indeed processed on my account. I find that a bit light. There could have at least been a proposal for a commercial gesture from you. It's quite disappointing. Too bad.

The labels are really convenient, I've been using them for years, but I think they stick less than before

The labels are very good as usual. However, the stamp is not great. It makes lines and is not very precise.

I ordered name stickers for two children. They arrived mixed up, so I had to search for where each one is. Otherwise good.

I had bought the same thing 2 years ago (the sticky labels) After 48 hours, first wash, they all went to the machine...

This was not what I wanted. I wanted labels for the crayons highlighted in the photos and I received average labels that are too big

Snack box: personalization okay but bubbles everywhere under the sticker, for the price it's surprising, we expect something better made. Labels: the smallest ones are meant to be stuck on pens, carefully stuck, 30 minutes later, they started to peel off... I am disappointed and would not recommend this site.

A bit disappointed, the personalized snack boxes have a large sticker, this one was quite poorly stuck with a lot of bubbles

The stamp leaves black marks on the sides of the first name, I had bought a stamp for my first child, which was great but this one is not good at all

The labels are perfect as every year but the tasting box is tiny for a relatively high price... What a shame...

The labels for clothing come off in the wash. But my other orders are great.

I have ordered several times already. In the last order, the pages were completely glued together. The ordered sample is partly outside the stickers. What a shame!

Very disappointed with my last order of labels. I ordered labels suitable for pencils and these are already starting to peel off after just a few days. I had to reorder from a competing site.

I am disappointed this year because the labels are difficult to peel off. I never had this problem in previous years. I don't know if I will reorder with cmonetiquette in the coming years.

Black stains inside the cap (between the two walls) and unremovable! At the price of the insulated bottle, this is unacceptable! Nice bottle, it's a shame!

A lot of difficulty detaching the labels this year. They are of good quality apart from this problem which still makes you lose considerable time.

I am particularly disappointed with this last order. Indeed, I had ordered it last year and the labels held well with the iron, but these ones stick directly and even after 24 hours, they come off easily... I really wanted the ones that can be ironed on. They hold and adhere to the clothing. So, I had to use the stamp I had... much less fun and pretty... What a shame...

I was very satisfied with the result and the visual quality, consistent with the website, with careful packaging. However, I was very disappointed with the clothing labels: despite strictly following the provided instructions, all the labels came off after the first tumble dry. Result: the day before the school year starts, I find myself with unlabelled clothes when everything was ready. I am extremely unhappy, as I chose this product for its promise of practicality and durability, and the result is completely contrary.

The mini labels are too big for the pens compared to last year's. A bit disappointed.

We were very satisfied last year but it's a disaster this year. There is no space between the label and the plate, resulting in it being impossible to peel off the label without damaging it. I'm not even talking about the time we had to spend on it. No issues with the bowls which are very nice.

The adhesive labels for clothing do not hold up in the wash according to the instructions.
