A bit disappointed upon receipt as the envelope was very damaged and the notebook too, but customer service reacted very quickly to my complaint by sending me the products again, so ultimately very satisfied with the follow-up!

I find the stickers overall very good. So far, I have ordered 4 times and always 100 pieces. I am very satisfied with the quality, and the selection of colors, designs, and fonts is very versatile. Development and progress are always important, but I find the new formats/sizes not as practical as before. There were always small rectangular stickers that were perfect. Best regards.

I made a request to modify the order for a custom stamp. I received my initial order and it was not modified. Moreover, the stamp is not of good quality. It smudges on one of the corners, leaving a mark in addition to the inscription: I am disappointed at 30 euros for the stamp, it would be better to write it myself at home on the clothes.

This time, following the same process, they have all come off in the first wash. I can't request a refund because I have already used many, but I am not satisfied this time.
