Easy to navigate in the website. Products with good quality. Just the payment part, via banking transfer could be more clear, as the website is priced in GBP and the bank account in France is in EUR, so I had to do the exchange conversion by myself and hope that was aligned with the site.

Nice! Fast- in previous order you could choose individual symbols per row of stickers- now only 1 symbol for all?! Therefore 1 star less

This was my third order and my last! The first time I thought I must have made a mistake to get the iron-on labels to peel off, so I gave you the benefit of the doubt. The second time I thought it was my iron that wasn't heating enough or too much. And then I invested in a mini press, so I could control the temperature down to the degree, for my third order. Having followed all the instructions, nothing happened, the labels all came off and some didn't even wait for the first wash. I'm very, very disappointed with the quality.

Impeccable toiletry bag, large and with a quality zipper. I also ordered self-adhesive labels: very pretty, seem to hold well, but a bit small I think. The kids are delighted!

I paid extra to receive express shipping and not only did it not arrive on time but it exceeded the normal time. Also the quality of the labels not as before. The labels on the shoes peel off after 2-3 uses and the self-adhesive labels on the clothes came off in the first wash I did in the washing machine. I have been a customer for years and this had not happened to me, in previous orders....

I ordered labels for sugared almonds, I asked for express delivery to be sure to receive them on time, I ordered on 17/05 I received the order on 25/05, it was too late I had to improvise labels myself, now I find myself with labels that I no longer need.

Quality labels, which I have been ordering for a while now and have never been disappointed. Very fast delivery in a few days. I'm taking off one star because the designs and backgrounds have never been renewed since I started ordering, although they could be (strawberry, sunshine, lavender, more animals like a toucan, funny fish...).

Very good site. Fast delivery, good quality product. Only negative point. Impossible for my 2 and a half year old daughter to open the gourd by herself, so she won't be able to use it straight away, which is a shame.

Extremely poor quality. The rather expensive personalized bottle was broken very quickly. It was neither dropped nor put in the dishwasher. Warranty is not provided by the company in accordance with legal requirements. A 20% discount for a bottle where the coating crumbles off after less than a year of regular use is completely inappropriate. Unfortunately I can't upload photos here, but I will try Google. Hands off this supplier!

The site is fun, the prices are right, the choice of colors and fonts could be wider, but what it offers is already sufficient. I like the combination of colors and patterns. I bought the pack with iron-on clothing labels last year, and nothing has moved. The clothing stickers are practical for just one occasion, but should come off in about ten washes, in my opinion. The shoe labels are also holding up very well, and the item labels are perfect. Frankly, I'm very happy with my purchase, and I didn't hesitate for a second to place another order for my son's new clothes.
