I am delighted with the speed with which I received my labels. Unfortunately, I'm a bit disappointed because they don't stick to my clothes. After 3 days, the ones on my slippers had come off. Same on clothes, but great on objects.

Never received my order. It was delivered elsewhere, due to a labelling error on your part. I'm disappointed because I really needed it, I had to order on another site more reactive. However, the customer service team was very sympathetic and offered me a refund, which I'm still waiting for. Even if this has been resolved, I'm still obliged to give it just one star.

On the order it would be better to have the date written with the promise of delivery

The 48-hour service is the time it takes to get it ready for you, and then 3 to 10 working days if you are lucky. You have to order well in advance. Customer service does not respond to complaints are general automated emails.

Great designs, fast delivery, stickers stick well to clothes, lunch box etc. The clothes stickers don't stick to shoes, so you have to order extra ones for shoes. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer safe!

It was quick and the choices were nice.

Shipping took quite a long time (1 week), but the stickers look great.

Hi. I ordered the labels on 12/05/2023. We are at 19/05/2023 and I still don't have them. The phone number that appears on the web is a 902 (I think it is forbidden to use it for customer service, if I am not mistaken) always with the little song "at this moment we can't attend you, leave a message". Well, so far my experience is not very good.

Great personalized labels for my baby girl's baby clothes, especially the adhesive ones. I had a little trouble with some thermo adhesive labels I bought as a backup the glue had worn off.

Nice, high-quality labels, but they peel off a little too easily by hand for clothing (and object) stickers. Some of the decal fonts are really shabby (such as laperçu). Customer service contact with "off the mark" response

I was satisfied for years. Ordered at a discount. It's been 4 weeks now. Goods still not received. Customer service does not answer in German. What a pity

Very good but very long delivery. Usually I received the envelope within 2 days after my order. This time, 8 days after my order, I received a torn envelope. It would be wise to send in thicker boxes or envelopes.

please bear in mind that lead times are 2 days after creation, so allow 4-5 days after payment. labels are impeccable and hold up very well to washing.

I have not received my order

The clothing and item stickers have been great, we ended up ordering a second lot when our daughter went up clothes size. The item stickers have lasted on dummies for a couple of months so far, going through being washed and sterilised. However, the iron on name tags came off really easily. We may have not read the instructions properly, but they only lasted a few washes.

Easy, inexpensive and useful

I ordered on April 28th and it's now May 15th and I still haven't received the labels!

I did not like the shipping, they lost my order, I needed it for the nursery and they sent it again by the same method, very bad experience especially when you need it and it is delayed.

I did not receive the order, but they have sent me another one free of charge. The problem was with the post office. I hope to receive it soon

Bonjour je viens donner mon avis car ça fait longtemps que je suis sur ce site et que je commande pas mal d'étiquettes pour mon premier fils maintenant que j'ai un deuxième fils j'ai commandé ils ont fait un nouveau système en fait de carnet qui est pratique mais malheureusement le carnet que j'ai reçu tout a été mélangé avec les deux prénoms de mes enfants voilà mais c'est quand même une très très bonne idée

Order arrived very quickly and in notebook format, quite easy to use (easier if the sheets of the notebook detached more easily) because I had ordered very small labels to put on tubes of wedding bubbles.

The labels are very pretty and seem (very recent purchase) to hold well. The printing is of very good quality, the presentation practical and the number right for the price.
