I am happy with the stickers but they took a long time to arrive.

My order placed on the 13th of November has still not arrived!

The labels don't just stick to the clothes, you have to iron them with an iron for a few seconds. Sometimes the clothes burn because the iron sticks to them. If I had known this beforehand, I would never have ordered these labels. Contacting customer service didn't help either, as they explain how to iron the labels onto the clothes. Very helpful ?? P.S. I have already contacted customer service and they only explain how to put the labels on the clothes, as you do in your reply, but don't offer any other labels to stick on.

Good quality product, but it took forever to arrive. It was ordinary mail, but still...

Everything perfect, arrived in a few days in the mailbox. The stickers are holding up very well despite washing.

Of the 5 packs ordered, 1 is unusable because the images don't peel off. The numbers on the stickers are missing on some stickers, and on others they're so crooked that I had trouble knowing which number went with which image. What's more, you have to search for the assembly instructions with a QR code, and once you're on the site, there are only product titles without images, and the titles aren't written on the packs. It's a bit tricky to find out which one matches

We were able to choose from very nice backgrounds, fonts and designs. On-time delivery. All satisfied!!!

I ordered the labels to stick on the windows. It's a shame there wasn't an explanation on paper, as it would have made assembly much easier.

My order never arrived

I purchased clothing stickers in 2018 from Petit-Fernand and returned to them because the quality and durability are superb.

Express delivery is totally misleading and in my eyes a cheek. 9.90 for getting the package faster. But in the small print it says express delivery (within 48 hours) only from the time the package was sent. So 10 euros paid for nothing.

It is already the third time that I order on this site ,everything beautiful but some label does not come off well and in the end I have to throw it away

Poor quality stickers. Didn't peel off well. I'm disgusted at the price!

I ordered the crèche pack for my son's first day of school! The service was very fast and of high quality, although I would have put more labels on the clothes and a little less on the objects, as I don't think they're useful yet. The only small drawback was that I had to iron the iron-on labels several times, and after the first wash I had to iron them again to fix them properly, as some of the ends could come off. But otherwise I highly recommend them and I'll be ordering again in the future!

More than 20 days from order to receipt at home. It had not happened before but I had to claim it twice.

First and last time with this company: The ordering interface is quite intuitive and nice. But then everything went wrong! The order never arrived and you're asked to wait and wait. For a letter that was supposed to arrive in a day (supposedly priority rate), you were asked to wait 2 weeks (lol, face file...) horrible customer service by phone and cgu...apart from a "I can't help it, it's not our fault...no refund possible until the 10 working days have passed, ah yes I understand...sorry" In short, the refund works...fortunately...between 7 and 10 days...but site to flee from. Order shipped November 3...she must not want to come back from the North Pole! Yours Santa! Ps: thank you for your reply, incredible customer service, we understood that the order had been misplaced! The problem is your reactivity and your way of getting sidetracked... "oh the order is lost, we don't care...and we leave you in the lurch!!!! Hey have a nice day too!

The shipment was very well made and met our expectations. We were aware in advance that the post from France would take a little longer. We will definitely recommend the store to others.

Order has not arrived

Round stickers were bigger than expected and too big for most labels. Great quality and service

Customer claim made and no returns. Label size was wrong.

I am so sorry but since I placed an order on October 29 specifying the address well but I did not receive anything then viewing the order message it does not say the address but only the country the recipient and the house number. Is it not right to pay in advance without receiving the requested material ??

I thought the idea of the Avatar bag for children who can't read was a very good one, but there is not one for girls with short hair or without hair (there are bad boys who would like to look like that).

I ordered labels on 12/10 and never received them despite my reminders. Please refund my money.

I ordered the stickers on Wednesday 26, two and a half weeks later they arrived, a little late, but not very important, once they arrived it turns out that the thermal stickers come wrong, it should be noted that they were the most lacking, so I had to send an urgent mail to see what could be done, they told me they would send them back, a week and a half later and I'm still waiting I do not know if I will order again through petit fernand. It's a shame because I had high expectations with this site.

easy to use, fast service, would definitely recommend

I still haven't received what I ordered. It has been almost a month. I would like to get a refund of my money. I have contacted customer service several times but they do not respond. I wrote emails that went unanswered. Very bad experience. I would like someone to contact me.

The pressure sensitive labels are great and good quality. This is the third time I have purchased. I am happy with my purchase, but this time the colors are darker than I thought.

Ordered on October 24 and never arrived. After trying to contact customer service for two weeks, they managed to find a solution I've just received the labels, they're beautiful, exactly as I wanted them. I hope they'll be as strong as the ones I ordered 2 years ago?

The order has not arrived; it has been 20 days. Customer service has not responded. Too bad, previous orders (about two years ago) had gone well.

I brought something as an option that you cannot see, pink with white writing. It should not be an option to choose as you physically cannot see it.

They all came off, and I mean all plus had.problems even sticking with iron. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED
