Nice labels, affordable price and understanding customer service. Only downside: the late delivery meant that we couldn't use the labels because they arrived on the day our child left on his trip, despite the 48-hour delivery time announced (which is why we'd chosen this brand in the first place). Should we order again (now that we know the brand) we'll keep a margin for delivery to avoid this little inconvenience. The thermo adhesive labels do not stick well and disappear after the first wash.
