All correct

It has been a very good experience, except that the stickers took two weeks to arrive home and I was expecting a shorter period of time. Otherwise, everything was very good.

We had a problem with the delivery of an order but they solved it and sent it to me again by another way. They arrived today and they are beautiful

I ordered here to try something different from Stickets. The order took more days to arrive. When it arrived it was wrong (wrong name and different product than paid for). The online claim took several days to respond. Meanwhile the lines were always busy and with a 902 number when I understand that the law requires a fixed number. The only good thing is that once they answered me, they didn't put any problems in refunding me the money. That's why I put one star, otherwise I would have put 0.

All perfect ... only the delivery time a little long ...but I think it depends on the Post Office !!! Thank you !!! Definitely next year I will take them back

1 because there is no less. They never arrived and yes it is true that I was refunded after 2 weeks but still I needed them and I had to reorder them a month before school started. Shipping with someone better than Italian post office, no!!!?

I bought hot melt labels and in the first wash they came off. I followed the instructions to the letter.

After years of supporting this business, one order was not as it should be. The labels weee coming off on every wash unlike previous times. Instead of helping me out or trying to rectify the issue after I bought it to their intention, I was told they would not resend the item at their expense. Wonderful customer service! I'm response to your reply below… I ordered them well in advance for the new academic year and new uniform, so hence I ordered them in July but they were not put to use until September! So yes… you should review this. It is a product not doing its job. EVERY stick is coming off a very expensive private school uniform. Your further response justifies my comment on terrible service!

Let's say I can't do a review considering that my order never arrived

I ordered my product , which never arrived ! I reported the problem and they immediately refunded me . However, despite the inconvenience of having to label everything manually because they did not guarantee me short delivery time!

The quality of the stickers is very good, partly because they are laminated and do not spoil. The shipping time is a bit long, though.

Product as described, easy to apply. I thought faster arrival time: waited almost 10 days.

The truth seems to me very bad customer service, I bought to try and according to that order more because my child needs many labels, but it will be a month and I do not get the order, and I wrote informing them and they only said that I wait until 29/09 that if it does not come back to write them when I think you should follow up if you have already been informed that there is an anomaly with the order that does not arrive, Their advertising says 6 to 8 days and I already have 25 days waiting and not only that I wrote them on instagram and they say they will contact me and nothing, I see zero interest in the customer only sell and do not care about what one claims.

The product arrived with one part missing in the name and one part missing in the design. After two days after the complaint, they apologized for the deficient quality and will send me the compliant product soon.

Easy to glue

The labels have never arrived and neither has my money from the order? I had previously ordered from them and everything was great, that's why I came back to repeat but this time, total disappointment.

I have been waiting practically 1 month for the stickers, as I don't know if they will arrive, if they do I will have to use them for next year.

I have NOT got my order yet, I want my money back as I got it somewhere else faster.

Excellent products, maybe a little long wait for delivery

Bad. Order sent September 16, 2022, transfer arrived September 18 labels mia arrived. They sent the order to my home address and not the address I specified for sending the labels. When I pointed out the error they also asked me for money to send it back. Really unprofessional.

I have placed the same order 2 times and have NOT received any of them.

The stickers are great and good quality. I keep buying these ones and not in other sites because you can make your own "package" with different sizes and small or big quantities depending on your needs. What I don't like is that there's not that many options in sizes or designs, specially for stickers for shoes. Another thing that I don't like is that there's not an option to get your stickers quicker and one can only hope they will arrive soon.

Excellent product , graphics and color combinations , designs and media superior to the average offering on other sites. Unfortunately, shipping is extremely slow.

Negative experience as my order never arrived , ordered on 09/09/2022.

Beautiful and colorful thermo adhesive labels, there are patterns for all tastes. I haven't done the wash yet so I don't know how long they will last but they seem well made. Just a shame about the slightly long receiving time.

One month later and I am still waiting for my order. And no response to emails. Very disappointed. They keep the money and don't tell you anything. I will never buy from them again. I do not recommend it. Fraud!
