I placed my order on August 10 we are at 23 and they never arrived they told me that if a neighbor took them that if the address was right. It's the first time I order it and it was a shame and after calling me as they sent them to me and nothing they never arrived.

I bought the sticker ones not the iron on, followed instructions washed their school stuff at 30 degrees and they came off in the wash. Not happy at all with this product. The stickers look nice but a total waste of money.

After more than 20 days, I still haven't received my order and their after-sales service is overwhelmed, so I'm going to have to order other labels elsewhere if I want everything to be ready for my son's first day of school pfff.

Labels ordered several years ago. Very good quality. More suitable for younger children, as the pen format is cheaper elsewhere, but I'm very happy with them for my youngest, who is taking over the labeling this year.

Label for school material: Lots of choice for everything, there's something for everyone, the color sometimes comes off if there's too much rubbing moment, and sometimes, if the label is in contact with something h24 the lamination comes off, but otherwise the labels are perfect.

Hello Joanna, We're very sorry to hear that you're having problems with your labels. It's not normal for them to come off if the instructions have been followed correctly. You'll need to set your iron to 200°C (cotton/linen setting, no steam) and wait a few minutes before use. The labels are applied directly to the fabric. Caution: avoid elastic areas and seams. I have bought two years in a row and I would definitely repeat. I think the personalized tupper is amazing and very worthwhile. I bought it last year and it is like new after all the use it has had. The identification stickers for clothes and objects are very durable. The ones on the clothes do not peel off no matter how many times you wash them. Recommended 100%.
