My order is stuck at the status 'generated'. Without news the day before the return, I took the liberty of calling, the response: 'oh, sorry, it has not been received by our services'. The debit was indeed processed on my account. I find that a bit light. There could have at least been a proposal for a commercial gesture from you. It's quite disappointing. Too bad.

Snack box: personalization okay but bubbles everywhere under the sticker, for the price it's surprising, we expect something better made. Labels: the smallest ones are meant to be stuck on pens, carefully stuck, 30 minutes later, they started to peel off... I am disappointed and would not recommend this site.

Complete maternity pack but a bit short on quantity for clothes, and a fair price. I placed a second order with the stamp, it would have been nice if it was also in the pack even if it's more expensive. Accessories a bit pricey but very pretty (bag and water bottle) however the children's bag for a little one in kindergarten is missing a strap on the front because the bag slips off the shoulders

Very happy with the fluidity and ease of use of the site to customize the labels. I applaud you for the speed of production and shipping (ordered on a Monday evening, received on Thursday). I took a kindergarten pack for my first order and I realize that there are labels I will not use. It was my first order, not the last, and I will take the labels I use.

I am particularly disappointed with this last order. Indeed, I had ordered it last year and the labels held well with the iron, but these ones stick directly and even after 24 hours, they come off easily... I really wanted the ones that can be ironed on. They hold and adhere to the clothing. So, I had to use the stamp I had... much less fun and pretty... What a shame...

It's a shame that all the labels are the same size. Due to the size, it's difficult to stick them on pencils for example. Maybe there was a possibility to make them a bit smaller during production but I couldn't find out how to do it.
