About a month after ordering, I have not received what I ordered nor any communication about the shipment.

Doesn't stick to my dog's collar, who keeps losing his medals despite scrupulously following the instructions - too much money lost.

I bought 2 stoppers for water bottles but the 2 stoppers have a problem because they don't close.

Good buy but still a bit expensive. It's also a shame that the package doesn't include more labels with first and last names. Otherwise fast and careful shipping.

I ordered custom labels, not only did they never arrive but I was currently offered neither a refund nor a voucher for a new purchase.

I have not received my order !!!!!!

Never received the paid stickers

I really liked it, but I think I didn't finish ironing some of the labels well and they are peeling off. I will try again.

I was looking for some labels as my old labels were coming off within the wash . So I had look around and found these guys they were cheaper for the amount of labels I got . Did make me think twice ordering with these guys as they were not based in UK but iam glad I took the right decision and orderd some. Can't really say how they are as they haven't been put on my children clothing long but so far so good . I did like how they came they came in little book kind of a cheque book . Lovely designs too. Delivery wasn't too long as well think it must of been about 8days including weekend. They were dispatched very quickly which i loved. So overall very happy customer.

I ordered the iron on labels, 95% of the labels came off in the first wash! Really not impressed and won't purchase these again

Unfortunately, I did not receive my purchases. And unfortunately no communication with the seller I find this so distressing! Especially since I ordered baby's things for the nursery and ended up with nothing!

Received in the mailbox a few days after ordering.

I bought the stickers for textiles, did everything according to the instructions and yet half of them quickly came off after the first 30* wash. Unfortunately not recommended.

The stickers are great, but unfortunately the parchment paper was not included.

The labels never arrived. However, I contacted customer service and they refunded the amount.

This is the second time I have ordered the pack. They took a little longer to arrive than expected but overall I am happy with the result.

Fast shipping and as described

Unfortunately I never received my order...

Followed instructions very carefully for iron on labels, but after one wear and one wash (20 degrees) almost all of the labels have peeled off. Ended up buying sew on labels as i knew these would stay on and I had wasted so much time ironing 100 labels on my daughters clothes for nursery. I also emailed Petit-Fernand to let them know what had happened and no one replied. Not impressed

21 days and I'm still waiting for my order. I wanted them for Monday when my little one starts kindergarten, but nothing. Customer service told me that they will send them to me again, but because of this delay I ordered them yesterday from another page.

The labels stick very badly or not at all. Therefore I could not make a good advertisement. Sincerely

It's been 3 weeks since I placed the order and I still haven't received it. They sent me an email that it had been sent and I don't know anything else.

The first time I got these were great but second time the stickers don't peel off easily and keep breaking.

I ordered several models of self-adhesive labels and one set does not peel off well. There's extra plastic. All the others are great.

Beautiful stickers. I can't say anything about durability yet as they haven't been in use that long. But they look high quality and stick well to the drinking cup, where they have already successfully survived the dishwasher. We have yet to test the clothes stickers/ironing labels.

All the labels came off in the wash, even after waiting several days for them to adhere to the fabric.

I love these stickers They are lovely in colour and design perfect for my new baby's clothes tupperwear boxes and shoes

All the labels I have stuck on different garments (T-shirts, bibs, pants...) have peeled off after the first wash. Bad product and expensive

I never received my order...

I ordered a pack for daycare on March 7, Day 09 tells me that they are leaving, today March 24 they still have not arrived. 15 dias......las I need for next week when the nursery starts.

I ordered 2 personalized bottles and after 2 days of use, my son's bottle cracked at the plastic cap and the cap came off. I contacted the after-sales service to ask them to suggest a solution and have had no response to date... this experience leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I won't be ordering from them again and won't be recommending them.

I had recently ordered 2 water bottles, one for a gift the other for my daughter, already second to have one more. Aesthetically they are really wonderful until they fall which unfortunately for children inevitable, the construction remains solid fortunately but the white enamel comes off right after first fall or cracks appear, in fact first time brought to kindergarten fall and unfortunately ruined, same thing happened also to the little friend to whom we had given the gift. Total of the story I don't know how to protect them from falls to have them in excellent condition I think almost impossible but how nervous. Water stays cool, quality stainless steel really.

Good quality labels But it's a shame when you order several sheets not to be able to choose different models
