The quality of the cup is more than mediocre: the text is crooked and the drawing is blurry. Despite a customer return and sending a second cup, the problem remains the same. At almost €15, it is honestly theft.

I have always order from here the last 3 years for my little girl school supplies love the quality so always came back. This year I order and said they were delivered when they weren't resent them out to me and still nothing. Really disappointing with the services this year amd that I never received my order either time that I had to go order else where and hope they come in time

The labels are of high quality and the colors and patterns are varied and the result is very nice. One small point for improvement would be to add dotted lines to cut out the pages that no longer have a label when they are stapled into a booklet. I remove them to better see the remaining quantity. You have to get the scissors out and it's not easy.
