Hello Madam, Sir, This is my second C-Monetiquette order, I was delighted the first time. This is not the case this time, the washable square labels for clothing are very difficult to detach from the backing, without damaging or even tearing them. quite disappointed with the packaging, it would be safer to wrap it in plastic (sorry for the planet) and then in the cardboard, because for my part the cardboard was very damaged, fortunately nothing was broken

Order arrived in a timely manner and well finished. This is not the first time I purchase these items (iron-on labels and bags with name print). The only flaw of the bags is that the print tends to get damaged even on a delicate wash, perhaps it should be made less "thick".

My first set of labels from 2023 are so much better than the set I just recently ordered. The new stickers are so hard to peel off from the booklet, when I do eventually get it off it’s usually crumpled up. Really disappointed

The quality has worsened; the labels do not peel off...it's a shame because I have been a customer for five years and this time has been the ONLY one with such a bad experience. I don't know what happened but the quality has substantially declined. Thank you

The stickers se not pre cut very well making it hard to peel off, which causes the label to have torn or curled edge. Which means they won’t stick to the garment. Having to use scissors to cut the edges. Very disappointed at the previous ones I brought were wonderful.
