I ordered for three children with different last names. Still, I only received 2 booklets, for the gifted child the stickers were even included in BOTH booklets. I had to cut both booklets apart and I am very disappointed, that was not a nice gift. Never again, I will go to other providers for name stickers in the future.

I bought the labels for my son's blue class. I labeled all the clothes the night before departure. 5 days later I run a machine at 40 degrees and all the labels come off. This is not the first time I order from this site and I am generally satisfied with the products but for this order it is not the case.

The first order never arrived, customer service offered a refund or a replacement of the order, I chose the replacement hoping to receive it soon but it took a while...almost 1 month of waiting from the first order to receipt, a bit too much for adhesive labels. Compared to the order made about 1.5 years ago, I am less satisfied with the design, the writing is too large and the choice of font colors is rather limited. The quality seems good, I hope it's the same as the old order (after 1.5 years with frequent washes and dryers, the labels are still well attached).

I am not happy at all because the residence made me change all the labels on all the clothes because many have come off after washing at 60 degrees. When I stuck them as I was instructed. So I do not approve of the purchase and of course I would not buy them again. I hope this opinion is valid for other buyers so they do not have to label all the clothes again

Great stickers, great design options. I find shipping difficult in autumn/winter. My letter was quite soaked (of course, one can say: own problem if the mailbox is not tight, but we also want to give them a good product...). Fortunately, the stickers were not damaged.

My 2 year old daughter dropped her bag with the lunchbox from petit-fernand in it, and lunch box broke imediatly. Absolutely no quality. And if you wonder, it was a reaaaly close to the floor drop. Not a smash or anything like that. Dropped. Cracked. Awful quality.

The package was not well wrapped at all, just a normal paper envelope without any type of protection, and in fact, the 2 sticker pads I bought had serious marks of abrasion. Luckily, the stickers were not affected but it was a botched shipment.

I am very happy with the labels ordered for my children, as I have been for years. The only small downside this time is that my daughter chose the floral patterns and unfortunately they are cut off by the format of different models. You only see it upon receipt, what a shame.
