labels not received

Always used Petit-Fernard , I found the stickers really good. This time I ordered the products but it was impossible to remove from the "basket" the one's I didn't want so I ended up buying all the stickers... The stickers have arrived 10 working day's ( which is fine as it was busy time) Stickers are good value, but this time was really difficult to remove them from the sheets. The glue was holding really tight so I ended up damage the name tags .. I needed to use sharp item to get it of she sheet.

Very nice labels for this order HEPAD The printed background for me flowers a little too bright and full! But it's still a beautiful print. Thanks also for the fast delivery.

Took much longer to arrive than expected, half the name tags unusable. Shoe tags are the only things worth buying. Poor customer service, no means of requesting a refund that I could find on the website.

I am very disappointed with the snack box which arrived with a printing defect (illegible first name) and I am even more disappointed to discover that the personalization is done by a simple sticker whose lifespan will not be very high...

I had ordered some several years ago. Today I'm a little disappointed by the quality.

Excellent customer service, unbeatable. I did not receive the first order and they solved it immediately. The failure was with the Seur delivery that I did not get the order. It is not the first time that this has happened to me with this delivery company in my area.

Arrived more than 1 week late when it said 2-3 days.

The labels are very nice and functional, the only thing the ordinary shipping arrived later than the expected time.

It's all very pretty, but the writing on the gourd of my daughter's first name has already partially faded after 2 weeks. What a shame...

Unfortunately, although the labels they sell are nice and well made, the company and the structure in charge of shipping and customer contact leaves a lot to be desired. This is not the first time I buy from Petit Fernand. already last year the first order did not reach its destination. I had to write to get a new shipment. This year the same story. It just so happens that the first order turns out to be lost with the courier and like last year, it will never even arrive late to its destination. Very bad customer service that despite my reports did not take charge of the delay and inconvenience (school labels bought in August and arrived when school started already three weeks ago!). Given the very bad experience for two consecutive years I will not buy from this company again. If you are unable to handle a shipment to Italy do not advertise your products in Italy!

I like the stickers, they work well but I ordered at the end of the back to school rush and I think the cutting machine needed it's blades sharpened because they weren't quite cut through.

Far too long production time and away from France. It took two weeks for a few name stickers.

Just as we expected. Very happy with the product.

Excellent stickers for clothes and bottles etc. amazing packaging as all the stickers are kept in one booklet.

I have been very unhappy for more than a month for my order to arrive, I needed it for the beginning of the school year but it has not arrived yet.

I don't recommend this site, the labels come off after machine washing, I'm very disappointed with my order.

I did not receive my order and I have reported it to customer services without return .... very disappointed, I will no longer order on this site.

They are printed quite well but there must have been in my case a manufacturing error because they come off so badly! Some are not even pre-cut

Great product, I've used before and they don't come off. I would have given 5 stars but the item didn't arrive. However customer service was great. It just meant I didn't get them in time for when I needed them. Would use again.

Practical water bottle, but my 3-year-old daughter can't open it, as it's too hard and therefore not suitable for this age. Too bad

The first mailing was not successful but after contacting you by email immediately you scheduled a second mailing which arrived quickly. I am very satisfied with it.

Quality of the labels is very good , it took a while for the delivery of the order (10 days) I wrote to customer care to report that I had not received anything , they replied immediately saying that they would send me a new order, then the next day I received the original order and everything was resolved .They are very helpful.

Very disappointed, the labels don't wash off. I always find 1 or 2 peeled off after each machine.

I had a problem with the delivery that never arrived, and the company gave me the opportunity to get a new order without paying

The stickers are fantastic.

I received the wrong product. Customer service told me that they would send me the correct one but it has been more than 20 days and I still don't have what I bought, I will not buy from this brand again.

Fast, accurate delivery

Good iron-on labels for clothes. Easy to install and dryer safe! The shoe labels are practical. Object labels don't hold up so well, though.

Water bottles, lunch boxes and mugs with great colors and designs. One of the personalized mugs arrived broken...Courteous customer service, answered my email right away and a new mug was shipped to me in a quick time. I also purchased adhesive labels for school supplies and clothing--satisfied, only downside not being able to stick the adhesive labels directly on clothing.

Water bottle with straw in soft colors, very nice, easy to use for the puppies at home, the quality of the materials seems very good although after a month of use and frequent washing the graphics are already starting to lose pieces. My 3 year old son really likes his water bottle! Customer service from the quick response and fully satisfactory. would recommend the product, to improve perhaps the application of the designs
