Fast delivery, only 4 or 5 iron-on labels did not hold on 100

This is the first time I have contact with your company and I have not yet used the new purchase

I ordered on the site, unfortunately the delivery was not carried out correctly with the relay by Chronopost. When I called to say that I hadn't received my order, the person I spoke to immediately took charge of my complaint and made a new order with delivery at their expense. I received it very quickly and I'm very satisfied with the way the phone was answered and taken into consideration, as well as the short delivery time. I would recommend this site, as my order was just what I expected and very practical to use.

Nothing to say nice label and received quickly

Lots of choice in label design, which is still very easy to create. Shipping is very fast and the choice of quantities and prices is very good. On the other hand, as I live in a fairly isolated area, I couldn't use the parcel relay option because it was too far away, even though there has been a relay (Mondial Relay) very close to my home for several months now. I regret the lack of choice of relays.

Hello, it was announced 8 days to receive my package. Order made on 16/07 (or 15 I do not know). Today is the 27th and still nothing. My daughter is leaving for camp tomorrow, so I won't be able to mark her clothes. 19.50 of iron-on labels for nothing because I won't be needing them anymore. I'm really disappointed with the service.

The labels are for my grandchildren, I have no opinion at the moment. They're nice, I hope my daughter will like them.

I have not received my order.

Too many labels to customize at the time of purchase. Need to have a single format to stick on different substrates.

Very attractive. Exactly match the pre-order simulations. The only downside is that I didn't notice that the labels were very small. But I'm still very satisfied with the products.

I still haven't received the labels. And my child has already left for camp. It was really fast before but this time and last time was not good. It's a shame.

A little disappointed by the quality this time, I've been ordering every summer for a while now and this time the envelope arrived streaked, as did the label pack (certainly due to postal processing). What's more, the labels don't peel off properly, causing sticky little fims around the label which I tried to remove, but the label's glue also came off. Delivery is fast, and so is shipping, but the quality was just a little lower this summer.

The labels are great, as always. This time we ordered the wooden label to hang on the case. I'm a bit disappointed with the print quality.

Second year that pencil labels don't fit

I never received my order

I've been ordering for years and have never had any problems with quality bottles and labels that last over time. This year I wanted to change the model for the bottles, a little disappointed with the design which is different, it looks more like labels stuck on it.
