I bought 2 sets of snack boxes and water bottles, one for my daughter in 2020 and one for my son in August 2023 for a total of 90. After 4 months of use, my son's box is cracked and the bottle cap broken. I was kindly told that the purchase was more than 3 months old, so it was no longer their problem, but they gave me a 20% discount code for a new order! Unacceptable considering the price of the products! I'd already had a problem with my daughter's water bottle and had to buy a new cap. In short, not up to scratch!

Really impressed with this company, I took a risk and it paid off. Unfortunately, the first lot of stickers didn't arrive. But the customer service was excellent, and sorted out sending us some more, for free, without any questions. The actual stickers are lovely, they look exactly like they do online. I ordered the labels for the shoes, the wooden label for the schoolbag and the isothermal water bottles with sports caps. The only downside is that the sport stoppers climb over time and become difficult for a child to open (limescale? Joint). One cap broke a little while ago (used a lot, no worries), but I discovered deposits/mould inside. Not being accessible under normal circumstances, it's difficult to clean/dry the seal inside the stopper. Maybe I'll go for another, more hygienic model.
