My first order got lost. The tracker said delivered but I never received it so ask for the any form of record that it was delivered to right address but did not get anything. So I asked for full refund but they sent the order again which has been more than a week but has not arrived yet. Their customer service was not helpful at all, in fact they were very defensive. I have now switched to another supplier and I will never be buying from this place again.

A month later it says delivered and I have not received anything. The customer service phone is NOT free, they make excuses and say that they will send it again. From the time you order until everything arrives, always with some problem in between, 2-3 months. On the other hand, bad printing QUALITY. It looks pixelated. Unfortunately, some labels are too expensive. I bought the mini labels for marking pencils and markers and three euros is too much for 10 labels, considering that there are 36 colors in a case.
