Hello, I bought for the second time, one year after the first, personalized labels for my two children who go to the nursery, I must say that the product is of good quality and resistant because after many washings of clothes they have not I have never peeled off a label, I am very satisfied. As for the prices, when there are discounts or packages already made, they are certainly practical. I just have one note to make (first it's not their fault) the last order didn't arrive even though I waited a day longer than the estimated delivery date, but I must say they were kind and helpful to catch me up. .order at their expense.

Absolutely awful! Customer service is shocking! No one answers the phone, responds to emails or any form of queries! Takes over a week for anyone to answer a query ?? I ordered well in advance to get labels for my daughter for when she started school, two weeks later nothing received tried to contact them, phone doesn't work a week later when my daughter started school sent a replacement order eventually that I'm still waiting for! No first class or next day shipping did not see the value of this considering I ordered now well over a month ago! Doubt I'll even receive them. Stay away from this company! Terrible! Take your money elsewhere!
