I bought a snack box in August and bought back the 2 clips on the side of the box, which had unfortunately broken and were very hard to fit together, but this meant I didn't have to buy the whole box again, especially when it's personalized. A month later it says delivered and I have not received anything. The customer service phone is NOT free, they make excuses and say that they will send it again. From the time you order until everything arrives, always with some problem in between, 2-3 months. On the other hand, bad printing QUALITY. It looks pixelated. Unfortunately, some labels are too expensive. I bought the mini labels for marking pencils and markers and three euros is too much for 10 labels, considering that there are 36 colors in a case.
