Never received my product, I contacted them to try and find my order but still nothing. Don't buy from this website

Labels ordered, never received. A disgrace! No email to explain, no refund offered, nothing!

Very nice labels for objects and garments. Too bad you can't reduce the label length any further. Otherwise very good quality. Very happy with the customizable snack box. Just the little box inside that my 2.5 year old daughter can't open by herself, so we can't use it at the moment.

Manufacturing time announced as less than 48 hours when it was almost 1 week. Fortunately, delivery was quicker. The labels are of good quality.

Less convinced than usual. The joystick seems blurred and the labels cracked a lot when glued...I never had this problem with my previous controls.

Sent to wrong address. Thankfully the person who they delivered it to came to my door to give to me.

I still haven't received my order and have sent an email but no reply.

Fast delivery, usually I take the labels to stick on with the iron but here I just took to stick on the label of the garment we'll see if it holds!

The thermoadhesive labels have to be glued on for a long time with a hot iron for them to hold well, and it is very difficult to remove them afterwards. Hello, Order placed on December 29, I am told that the package has been delivered, I have received nothing. It's already 16/01/24 and I'm very unhappy.

The stickers don't stay on the clothing. I followed the instructions, very simple to follow as there isn't much to it, just leaving them stuck to item 24 hours before wearing and washing. Many clothing items came back with no stickers and the few that did, I'd wash and find stickers all in my washing machine. Waste of money, not happy. The product itself looks nice, I like that you can design it how you want it to look. But it's pointless as it doesn't stay on.

I still haven't received my order.

The kit is very nice. My son likes it a lot?

The labels are cute, but I needed to label WASHING CLOTHES in a nursing home. Unfortunately, the product delivered was not suitable for this purpose.

I ordered some labels for my children's clothes, the delivery was a little delayed because it was just between the end of the year festivities. I liked the little additional papers so I could iron them on. The colors look better on the site, but I'm still satisfied.

I made an order and waiting for 2 weeks to get it. Moneys are gone, but nothing arrived. Waiting for any order confirmation still.

2nd time I ordered but the delivery time was 10 working days . Some models chosen black background red writing were well readable on the site Printed rendering is not readable. I don't like it at all
