Beautifully made labels. As ordered. Perhaps a slightly wider range of backgrounds and images for certain categories would be great. Otherwise a good product that I recommend.

Order never received

I have been ordering labels for school supplies from you for many years and I have never had any problems until this year, when the order showed as delivered and I had not received anything. I wrote to you in several ways and still have not received any response. I had to talk to the post office and manage the problem myself to find out where the labels were, and finally I got it.

Superb labels, pretty and of good quality. Delivery was just a bit long, with no real follow-up possible.

Good products and received quickly as usual

I am more than delighted with the labels I ordered for my daughters. They love them. On the other hand, I was a little disappointed with the delivery because I had ordered in 24h which didn't arrive. But the service quickly replied that they were reprinting them and so I finally received them.

Order received quickly. However, I spent a lot of time gluing the labels on the clothes for school. Once in the washing machine they came off.... Disappointed

I ordered gourd stoppers at the beginning of July and received a message apologizing for the delay due to the high level of demand. Then I received a message informing me that the parcel had arrived but when I went to the collection point they told me they didn't have my order.

It is a normal service. It meets the deadlines and the result is of quality. I imagined the labels to be larger.

Once you've followed all the instructions, the labels go right out of the machine as soon as you wash them for the first time...

We ordered our labels and unfortunately when they arrived, we had been sent someone else's instead of the ones we ordered. Not a huge issue, although frustrating, I understand these things can happen. But despite contacting the company immediately and being assured they would send replacements straight away for us, they eventually got round to dispatching the replacement labels today. That's six days later. Now I can understand a mistake happening as I say, what I can't understand is casually taking six days to begin the process of remedying the error. That sort of thing should be priority number one for a company, but instead of taking the opportunity to turn it into a positive and show that they will go out of their way to put things right, their response was essentially “Yeah we're busy but they are on the way now.” Absolutely dreadful attitude.

I'm really very happy, it's been 3 years now that I've ordered labels for the school, this year we've added the nursery for the new kid in the family and I'm really very satisfied. This year we had an error in our order I immediately called the sav who have sent us immediately our good labels in the week we received them really great speed. I highly recommend

The order has not arrived and was supposed to be shipped on August 16. I have already sent two mails, and only got an automatic reply. This is the second time this has happened to me with you.

Nothing to say! Maybe I'll give some advice on labeling depending on the supplies!

After sticking the labels on my child's markers, I realized the next day that they were all peeling off without exception. I had to put extra tape on the labels. No problem for the pencils. Customer service was very responsive and listened carefully to solve my problem by sending a replacement product.

I would have liked the package to arrive sooner, the lead times are slow compared to today's lead times on other platforms or companies. Otherwise great

I placed an order for labels (with plenty of margin) to have everything ready to start school and they did not arrive. They offered to refund my money or send it again and I chose the second option because I needed them and they sent them again with regular shipping, so my son is starting school and the labels have not arrived yet.

The delivery was 2 weeks, whereas it is announced 48h. Once the order had been placed and paid for, we were told it would take 10 days. They should have warned us beforehand so that we wouldn't be late getting ready for our children's first day of school!

First delivery received but the name did not match that of my child. To date I have not received my order even though school started more than a week ago!

Top, I would have just appreciated a few more small labels in the back to school pack (for pencils, pens etc) and a few less big ones, but the quality is great and the labels are really pretty!

This is the second time I have asked for the purchased product to be sent to me and still no package has arrived. The address is correct and absolutely nothing has arrived in my mailbox after looking at it several times a day. I ask the postal worker and there is no package in my name.

Product totally corresponds to my expectations and to what was proposed on the site.

The labels are super good, but they take a long time to arrive, but everything else is super good!

They are very nice, and come in a format very convenient to use and store. I haven't used them much yet, but I expect them to be great.

Hello I glued 24 "object" labels on each of my son's markers and crayons, they didn't hold...they all came off. I had to put tape on each label, 24 times....given the price of your items I thought it was quality ... in addition to the time I had to use an entire roll of tape. I'm not satisfied Many parents around me didn't have your brand of labels and didn't need to use the tape, the label stuck very well to the markers and pencils.

Satisfied with the label books I received. I've ordered from you for two years in a row and I won't order from anywhere else. For the time being, you remain the leaders for me, even for delivery costs and times. Thank you very much. Keep up the good work!

WASTE OF TIME My labels still haven't arrived 3 weeks later and on my account it shows it's been delivered and yet I have received nothing! I have emailed twice still no reply! My daughter has started school already and I've had to write her name in !

I never received my order, it shows shipped on August 8 and never arrived!

They are well presented and always accompanied by fun stickers.

I never received my label!!!

The isothermal bottles are solid and very pretty. However, I'm down to 5 sport caps per bottle (2) in 1 year. They're very difficult to close and break, but they're still practical for children (3 1/2 and 8 1/2 years old). Next time, I'll take the other caps and see.

Everything as described but no tracking. otherwise great.

Placed a order on the 25th of august and it said will be ready for shipment within 48 hours. But did not send till the 28th of august. It is now the 5th of september and still not turned up. Pretty sure it wont. I sent them a email Yesterday saying it has not come. They Send me a reply saying I have to wait till the 9th of september even tho on the website it says the 8th. So i sent a email back saying the 9th is no good I needed them for the 4th. And I would have to go out and buy more from a shop. To which they have not sent me a message back. Never agian. I need my money back now please 6 working days is plenty of time for them to come.
