Very happy with my purchase, as usual (10th order since 2017!). Small drawbacks this time: - the background with the purple flowers around the labels is not very visible on the small labels (the printing of the flowers is more present on the notebooks than on the labels themselves) - a mix of labels (normally, each child has his notebook, but I have two notebooks that have been mixed up...so I have to undo the staples and reconstitute the notebooks).

If I had read the reviews first I would never have purchased. I paid 2 extra to have trackable shipping and they send me an INEXISTENT number. They do not respond to emails. I will report this to the European dispute board. DO NOT BUY.

Had to order a 2nd time as the first one didn't arrive. But it was sent a second time and delivered on the day of school enrollment. Delivery takes a while but the quality is very good. I was also helped quickly with my problem. Thank you

We had an order that did not arrive within ten working days. We reported it and were refunded the money. A day later the order did arrive. We reported it again and they said that we no longer had to pay for the order.

Hello Carina,? On August 9, we sent your order to production a second time. It was produced in less than 48 hours, and on August 10th it was sent again at our expense. It will arrive by August 22 at the latest. As we have already said on the phone and in previous emails, we have to wait until the delivery deadline has passed before we can submit a complaint. Unfortunately, we also have no control over the postal service, which is why the post office sometimes takes a little longer to deliver the order. We have also refunded the shipping costs. Problem on the site when placing the order, taken care of by customer service (file followed by Ophélie whom I thank for her support) file resolved and closed. The problem I had had nothing to do with the labels, which are of very high quality. The work done deserves 5 stars (for my problem, which took a long time to resolve, I took off one star).

The name stickers are great and this my third time purchasing them. However I ordered a kids bottle which looks lovely but the lid is useless. My 5 year old really struggles to open it on her own. I'm gutted as this was meant to be her new bottle for school for September but it looks like i will need to buy her another one!
