I ordered a custom water bottle, but it definitely arrived spoiled. It wouldn't have been a problem if customer service had gotten back to me. But unfortunately, despite the fact that I used the contact section on their website, and we tried to contact them via their Instagram page, to date I have not received a response. This is a real shame because I had bought labels from them before and was satisfied.

As satisfied as ever. I have been ordering labels for 5 years. I'm from Reunion Island. The products arrive in perfect condition in a week max, with no extra postage. This year I also bought wooden labels for the bags and a personalized pencil case. Unfortunately, I had to pay customs fees on arrival, but that's independent of the site.
