I have already ordered different adhesive labels for the 2nd time. Unfortunately, there was a small mistake this time, it can happen and the complaint was handled easily and quickly. Great praise for that! The quality is, as always, flawless and I will continue to rely on Es-Ist-Meins labels :)

I am not happy unlike the labels I had bought previously. The ones I received require an iron to stick them on, whereas this was not specified at all in the description. I have better things to do; I simply wanted labels to stick on. Moreover, with the iron, the labels are impossible to remove, so I won't be able to resell my children's clothes as I used to... a waste of time and money. I am not happy at all.
