I have been buying labels from Fernand for years :) he is now one of the family. The labels are perfect even after years they are always usable, they don't come off objects or clothes, they don't fade, they resist washing machine and dishwasher. They arrive in a neat and accurate block. Took much longer to arrive than expected, half the name tags unusable. Shoe tags are the only things worth buying. Poor customer service, no means of requesting a refund that I could find on the website.

Thank you very much for sending the labels back to me when the first order was lost, after a few weeks they arrived again. I always used Petit Fernand labels and they arrived on time, only this year they delayed (by a lot) the delivery, but they were able to make it up to me, I think it was more a problem of the post office!
