Forget water bottles, 2 purchases, at different times. The surface layer flakes off after 2-3 uses, at the neck, your child ends up ingesting it and the structure of the bottle is altered. The first time they told me it had never happened, and told me to recommend one, entirely at my own expense, not even a rebate, the second time it must have been that too, never happened.... Exactly the same thing on the second use. Use which consists of placing it on a table all day long. No dishwasher, I might add.

First I received labels that weren't mine, then I was told to send back the right ones, which I never received! I called you and was told that they had "forgotten" to send them back to me.
