Hi I still haven't received my order. First time it's been send seemed it got lost then contacted customer service and been told that it's been send again. Still haven't received it after a month. Don't know if it's problem with delivery service or with what byy it order haven't arrived

I placed an order in September which I unfortunately never received. I contacted customer service who were very reactive and enabled me to send it to myself again. I'm really pleased. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get the kids' things ready before the start of the new school year. Customer service was very efficient, attentive and understanding. Thank you again.

The stickers are very cute and better than i envisioned them The delivery was a bit of a miss as the stickers hadn't arrived after the planned 10 working days. The team very kindly sent me a full refund and when poste italiane finally delivered them 1 week later, they didn't want the money back but gave me the stickers as a gift I will definitely buy again from them, just planning for plenty of time ahead to accommodate long delivery times

We ordered the name stickers for our son's first day at school and are absolutely delighted. The stickers are colorful, easy to read and stick very well to various materials such as lunch boxes, water bottles, pencils and books. Last year I ordered them and I wasn't too happy either, but I was going on vacation and I wanted to leave it comorado. I paid for it to be express and it did not arrive on time, as I needed, the 48h were not met. Also, they arrived with a number instead of the text, it must be that they got it wrong and it was in the confirmation order, but I think they will do it people, it would help if they made sure that the order was the correct one. It is very obvious that it was wrong. Too bad. I'll look for another page for the next time, of course.

The orders go directly to our machine to be printed, in your case one label was missing a letter from the last name and came with an extra number 6.
