Very nice customizable labels! I found them much more attractive than what I've seen from competitors. I just think it's a shame that it's not explicitly stated that the chronopost shipping option also allows you to have your order delivered to a relay point. As I don't receive my mail in my letterbox at the moment, I was a bit at a loss when it came to defining the shipping method. Perhaps it would be a good idea to specify it :-)

"My order arrived very late" was the complaint I made when I sent the email to customer service. As Murfy's law, the package arrived the next day, and while on top of that a few minutes later with the package in my hand, I received the notice "your order has been shipped." again...
