Impeccable service and products. Children's water bottles make a difference everywhere. They are gorgeous and comfortable. The labels durable and beautiful. I recommend Petit-Fernand's products.

This is the second time we've ordered. The labels for our first (which were stuck on 3 years ago) are still sticking. And we bought a personalized isothermal water bottle for our second. The personalization lasts over time and the water stays fresh in all circumstances. They're expensive but quality products.

My order was lost, they reshipped it to me and they were pending. The package finally arrived. The material is good, resistant and very nice

Nice surprise to discover the lunchboxes They're superb. Very large. I bought them with the matching lunchbox. Fast delivery and very well packaged. I'm ordering 2 new lunchboxes for myself and dad.

I have never received my order. I have complained and have been given another deadline. I was told to contact you again if I did not receive it within that time, but I am still waiting for a response (and it has been almost two months).

Fast shipping and great products. You can personalize everything, which is great! The labels stick well and are wash-resistant.

I paid for expedited shipping instead the package arrived to me in unneeded time. I had even sent an email explaining my problem and they replied saying to ask my post office. If I pay for expedited shipping it is because I need it in a short period of time and shipping is not my problem otherwise I would have saved myself that money. The package arrived to me after so many days and I was not even refunded for the inconvenience I had. I will not buy labels from this site again.

Excellent labels as excellent as the customer service turned out to be. Despite the fact that I had in fact chosen traceable shipping, due to a post office inefficiency I think, with that shipping number it was not giving me any info. I emailed and without my asking they refunded the extra service I had requested. A few euros, but this nicety nevertheless demonstrates the attention to the customer also emphasized by the request to keep them updated on whether it was delivered by the deadline. The labels then thankfully arrived and to date I am more than satisfied with them.

The lunch box is great. Spacious, light and with a great design. When one of the rubber bands became discolored, we were sent a new one straight away. The service was very good. Therefore 5 stars!

I put 5 stars because I love the stickers are very nice and I ordered them again because I used them with my older son. The only thing is that with my oldest I ordered the ones that he ironed with the iron and now I ordered stickers that don't need ironing. The only thing is that they all fall off. Maybe I didn't know how to put them on, I don't know if there is a way to put them on or I don't know what I'm doing and it's a shame really! I have read the instructions and I think I am doing the right thing, I have also washed the clothes with hot water in the washing machine I don't know the next time I order them I think I will order the iron on ones again. They stick well and don't peel off in any way. At least I've tried the stickers but I definitely like the iron-on ones better. I will be ordering them soon! I also wanted to thank you for the detail you have had with me, I had a problem with the shipping and you have refunded the shipping costs. Thank you very much! See you soon!

I've used this company in the past always been great but this time my order hasn't arrived. I have contacted customer services twice and no one has helped me, or helped get the order to me.
