August 16 I place an order. More than 10 calendar days later and I still don't have it. I write and they answer me in French and ask me for a satisfaction survey. I do not recommend until the problem is solved.

Every year we order both the self-adhesive labels for clothes and the labels for school supplies, and we're always satisfied. The children choose the color and the design, and they're delighted. We bought some kits, which often go through the washing machine and come out very well. Delivery is very fast!

Buy a children's bottle with a first name! This is the second one I've bought! Great quality! I recommend it! The cap is completely removable for cleaning and you can buy another one in case of breakage !!!!

I ordered some labels for my son's school on August 18. The delivery date was August 23 to September 1. Today is September 3rd and they have not arrived yet. It's an informal company, you can't trust them. I had to use temporary crappy white stickers. I hope I receive them and that they are not lost somewhere. They are not cheap, I spent 30. Honestly it's better to order from Amazon or any other supplier. I have complained and not even an apology or anything. INFORMAL!
