The goods arrived with a printing error, after reporting I was told that it would be sent back correctly, but it never arrived

The order arrived correctly and very well presented. It is the second time I order it and I am very satisfied. To put a downside, is that it takes quite a long time to arrive but it is worth it.

I would like to share my experience with Petit-Fernand. I have been a customer for years now, I place an order and after the 10 day wait, my package does not arrive, due to a postal problem. I being leaving for abroad contacted customer service who apologized for the delay and told me that they will immediately make me a return of what I had spent. Two days pass and I receive the credit to my account. Four days after receiving the money I get a call from my sister that a package from Petit-Fernand has arrived at my house. I immediately contact customer service again to ask them how to make a transfer to them because I had received my order, their response was "We are glad that you received your order and we apologize for this delay of the postal services, it is definitely due to the high seasonality period. However, please consider the receipt of the order and the refund as a gift for the fidcua given to us." My review speaks for itself, I will continue to buy from Petit-Fernand because of the courtesy, kindness and professionalism they show to their customers. Thank you
