I will be the mother of a schoolchild next weekend and saw the advertisement for the name stickers on Instagram. A quick look at the site - I loved the selection and the different sizes and variations. Selected and ordered. The order arrived quickly and the quality is really great. We're going into the third round with the self-adhesive ???? just great, never had a problem with them not sticking, on the contrary, they are bombproof despite washing?

Very fast processing and delivery as promised. We are on 2e order (1 time we ordered in 2019, the labels are still glued and intact, so we decided to order again from "esistmeins"), and just as very satisfied :). Gladly again, thank you ??.

I placed an order on July 28th and it is now August 18th and I have not received anything. The truth is that the shipping issue is a bit of a disaster. This is the second time I order and the first time I had no problem, sure I will not order more.

Ordered placed on 7th off August, have still not received it. Contacted customer service twice about this and same response saying track it via your tracking number for Royal Mail. There dispatched email previoualy stated it was posted as standard letter via Royal mail "not tracked", so it doesn't have a tracking number. Poor customer service and have still not received order.

Hello Keith, I am very sorry to hear you haven't received your order yet. If the order was placed on the 07th August 2023, then the latest delivery day should be on the 23rd August 2023. We are facing high demands at the moment and all requests will first be answered by the means of an automated email, prior to being answered by a physical person.
