Hello Carina,? On August 9, we sent your order to production a second time. It was produced in less than 48 hours, and on August 10th it was sent again at our expense. It will arrive by August 22 at the latest. As we have already said on the phone and in previous emails, we have to wait until the delivery deadline has passed before we can submit a complaint. Unfortunately, we also have no control over the postal service, which is why the post office sometimes takes a little longer to deliver the order. We have also refunded the shipping costs.
